The Year of the Cat

Available ES | CA

Jaume Copons is an author who connects extraordinarily with young readers. On this occasion, he has written a story full of humour and sensitivity, in which a lost cat contributes to the cohesion and good atmosphere of the class.
A girl takes a stray cat to class. The presence of this animal will change the behaviour of the children. Their tutor agrees to let them keep the cat in the classroom. The new situation makes them more responsible and causes a substantial improvement in the atmosphere between the group. They will have to overcome some resistance, however, especially from a teacher that the pupils don’t like very much.
