Aura Tazón

Born in Santander in 1976, she holds a law degree and has worked as a lawyer, singer, university professor, storyteller, editor, TV presenter, course director, cultural agent, and bookseller. Alongside these roles, she writes novels, including Los gamopelúsidas (2009), which was selected for the 2010 White Ravens list of the best children’s books worldwide. Its sequel is Los senderos de Bharat (2011). In 2010, she was a finalist for the Tristana Fantasy Novel Award with Xan Irmandiño (2012).
