Born in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1964 into a family of musicians and writers, she grew up immersed in both academic studies and a wide variety of extracurricular activities that sparked her curiosity and versatility. She earned a degree in Tourism Business Management and worked as a naturalist tour guide—an experience that later inspired her first book, based on real-life adventures and encounters at archaeological sites across the Americas. In 2001, she moved to Spain and now lives in Castelldefels (Barcelona), where she combines her work as an English teacher with writing stories filled with humor, discovery, and the spirit of travel.
